The Port of Waterman Commissioners

Reynolds Jeff

Jeff Reynolds

Commissioner | District 1

Jeff Reynolds has lived on the Peninsula for most of his life, and in Port Orchard since 1989. He retired from Commercial Banking after 40 years, but continues to be heavily involved with community work, including the Lions Club, Salvation Army, and SCORE. His primary goals with the Port are to maintain the Waterman Pier in it’s current excellent condition, find ways to broaden it’s use by the community, protect the environment that it resides in, and provide prudent financial management of Port.

Jeff Acoba

Commissioner | District 2

Jeff Acoba grew up playing on the beach and fishing off the Waterman dock. During WWII, his Great Grandfather and Grandfather Blaisdell went in together to buy 40 acres just a stone’s throw from the Waterman dock for four thousand dollars. Raising the 5th generation here, the Port of Waterman is very important to him and his family. Jeff works in the graphics and print industry, is a small business owner, and helps coach little league baseball. He is honored to be a part of maintaining and improving the beautiful Port of Waterman for its users and their enjoyment.

Casey Guthrie

Commissioner | District 3

Casey Guthrie was appointed to the Port Commission in October 2019. He has lived in the Waterman area most of his life, and has learned to responsibly enjoy the amazing resources we have around us. An avid outdoorsman, Casey strives to support the community of fishermen, boaters, divers, kayakers, and more who enjoy the Port of Waterman. Casey is a local boat builder who volunteers with many different local organizations.
